Candice Michelle may not have made the final card on judgment day, but if her previous performances on the WWE RAW episodes were any indication, she will soon be challenging Melina for the Women’s Championship. Everyone saw it coming, but many have yet to be convinced that Candice has what it takes to take the women’s title aware from Melina.

But after defeating the women’s champion in the May 22, 2007 match they had a night after Judgment Day, Candice Michelle is for real! Well, it is the same old storyline where whoever the champion would get roughed up and upset by challengers, many still question if the GoDaddy girl can really pull it off.

Based on technicality, Candice Michelle has shown vast improvement in her game and this can be measured on the winning streak that she has been enjoying from the past weeks. Mickie James got her rematch but once again succumbed to the domination of Melina, possibly being the last chance she would have at retrieving the belt she lost to Melina for over a year now.

Could it be the era of Candice Michelle, the hottest diva who has gained advantage from her scintillating commercials and print advertising participation as of late? Considering her high profile at the moment, WWE would surely benefit on having a women’s champion of Candice’ caliber. Perhaps this is what is being cooked up. Besides, Melina has been catering more towards being a despised superstar rather than a fan favorite. Perhaps it would be a good move to have Candice wearing that belt soon.
