CANDICE MICHELLE

We all saw it coming. The past episodes on WWE RAW were leading towards it. Candice Michelle will get an opportunity to wrestle for the gold when she matches up with Melina at Judgment Day on May 20. So now it can be justified why Candice has been getting the consecutive exposure from the RAW brand. She was being groomed to play a role in the Melina and Mickie James storyline.

But wait, did I just say Mickie James? Honestly, this rivalry is still far from over. From all indications, Mickie will have a hand at the match for sure. Either there will be outside interference, or perhaps do commentary to distract Melina during the match.

There are two sides of the possible outcomes. One is Melina will hold on to the gold so that Mickie James will have another crack at it. The other is Melina would lose to Candice Michelle and the rivalry will be settled first between Melina and Mickie James before the Women’s Title would again be put into focus.

Of the two, the first one seems to be the logical storyline since it has been the same one used for years now. The matches are predictable. Candice may be improving but from all indications, chances are they are not yet enough. Besides, it is more of a publicity stunt considering Candice Michelle is known to be a good celebrity and hence a promotional tool that the WWE can put into good use.
