Candice’s healthy food lifestyle

I have talked about Candice Michelle’s very healthy lifestyle. She was a former fitness model and even now as a wrestler, she has to lead a very health conscious lifestyle because of the physical demands of being a wrestler. A healthy choice in living may actually be a factor for Candice’s more hardy disposition. Except for the accident that made her break her nose, Candice has not been involved in any kind of injury or sports related problem.
In a recent interview, Candice revealed that she is very conscious about the food that she eats. She says that she tries to follow the Zone Diet as much possible though she has also tried going into the South Beach and Atkins diets. Now her focus is to just eat healthy and this includes eating a lot of vegetables and fruits. She said that the traveling life of a wrestler makes it very hard to follow a healthy diet because it is so much easier to just grab a burger and fries at McDonalds. She says that her solution to the problem is to just try to plan her meals ahead of time.
Candice also said that almost all of the wrestler try to eat healthy too and that the main staple backstage is always chicken and vegetables. She also added that backstage there is an abundance of protein bars, protein shakes and protein powders. She said that the wrestlers need all of the protein they need in order to keep up their bulk and muscles.
